Customer journey mapping service launched to help clients better understand their customer experience.
CeQuotia is excited to launch its customer journey mapping service to help clients better understand their customers’ experience.   Using a variety of methodologies, we map the experience from the customer perspective.  Results are presented in a visual map with descriptions of what the customer experienced and felt at each critical touchpoint.  Insights from this exercise are valuable in service design and for organizations that wish to deliver superior customer experiences.

CeQuotia is awarded innovation grant for product development by government of Nova Scotia.
CeQuotia is among a small number of firms to receive an Innovation and Productivity grant from the government of Nova Scotia.  This grant will enable CeQuotia to accelerate the development of C2Metrix, a unique solution for tracking customer experience across multiple channels.
